A working period at Sundaymorning@ekwc offers creative professionals worldwide a great opportunity to explore the possibilities of ceramics and to expand knowledge of techniques and materials. Not only can you use all facilities of the centre for twelve weeks, the technical staff is also available for guidance during the working period. The technical staff advises you on how to deal with technical challenges. The participants are responsible for the implementation.
Academic training and two years of work experience as an independent professional are required for admission to Sundaymorning@ekwc. The selection takes place on the basis of the documentation of the last five years of work, a work plan and a motivation. Newly graduated candidates are advised to add one or two letters of recommendation.
Sundaymorning@ekwc assesses the applications that come in. Usually, selection takes place at least one year before the start of the work period, so that participants can organize finances, temporarily quit a job, prepare exhibitions, etcetera. Participants themselves are responsible for a possible visa application.
